In Greek mythology, the name "Sophia" means wisdom and thus pays tribute to the wisdom and philosophy with which this wine was made. In the aroma you will smell ripe blueberries, cinnamon, in the background with a hint of leafy varieties. The tannins are silky and the finish endless. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak.
