Competition rules for 2 x one bottle of Riesling from Two Rivers and Seifried wineries

The competition takes place in the territory of the Czech Republic via the Instagram profile @winesbay

Competition duration:

The contest lasts from the publication of the entry until Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Terms of participation in the competition and other rules:

  • Each contestant can participate in the contest only once under their own Instagram profile.
  • The condition for participation in the competition is:

O   Become (be) a fan of @winesbay

o Minimum age of 18 years

O   Write a comment under the competition entry in the wording that is defined in the competition entry

  • The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify a contestant whose answer contains vulgar expressions or does not correspond to good manners.
  • The organizer of the competition is entitled to change the rules of the competition unilaterally without compensation during its duration, to shorten, extend, postpone, interrupt or completely cancel the competition.
  • It is not possible to claim the participation in the competition or the winnings through legal means or alternatively to pay in money.
  • The organizer of the competition reserves the right to replace the declared prize with a prize of a similar type.
  • Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition or act in violation of the rules will not be included in the competition. If it turns out that this person has become a winner despite the above, e.g. due to duplicate accounts, is not eligible to win.
  • The organizer reserves the right, without giving a reason, to exclude a participant of the competition whose behavior or profile shows signs of unfair or fraudulent behavior.
  • The organizer of the competition is not responsible for any technical problems in connection with participation in the event (mainly the functionality of the Instagram network). Furthermore, the organizer is not responsible for the delivery of the message (e-mail) through which the winners of the competition will be informed and for the delivery of the prize sent via the postal service delivery.
  • All employees of the organizer and organizer of the competition, persons close to them and other cooperating legal and natural persons participating in this competition, including their employees and persons close to them and their employees, are excluded from the competition. In the event that one of these persons becomes a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and an alternate winner will be determined.
  • The competition is in no way operated, sponsored or associated with Facebook/Instagram and Facebook/Instagram is not responsible for it. The information provided in the competition is provided by the participant to the organizer and not to Facebook/Instagram.

Prizes and announcement of winners

 Consent to the processing of personal data

By participating in the competition, the contestant agrees to the processing of their personal data within the scope of the provided personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") and to their inclusion in the database of the company Wine's Bay s.r.o., Zenklova 24/54, Prague 8, IČO: 09545743 , DIČ: CZ 09545743 as their possible processing through a processor, i.e. offering products and services, informing about marketing events, as well as for sending business messages via electronic means in accordance with Act no. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, until the consent is revoked.

The contestant acknowledges that his rights are guaranteed by Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended, in particular the provisions of § 11, § 12 and § 21, i.e. that the provision of data is voluntary, that he can revoke his consent free of charge at any time in writing at the administrator's address or via a message on his Facebook profile, that he has the right to access personal data and the right to correct such data, block incorrect data, dispose of it, etc. In case of doubts about the observance of rights, he can contact the administrator or even directly to the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Personal data processed: name, surname, address, e-mail, or gender.

Personal data is processed mainly for the registration of competitors (hereinafter referred to as "competition participant"), for the period from the announcement of the competition results until the possible written withdrawal of consent. Personal data is obtained from the contest participant based on the data provided on the contest participant's Instagram profile. The personal data of the competition participant will be processed to the above extent in the administrator's electronic database, or the processor with whom the administrator concludes the relevant contract. All data is stored in digital form.

If a competition participant requests information about the processing of his personal data, the administrator and possibly the processor are obliged to provide him with this information without undue delay. The Administrator has the right to request a reasonable payment for the provision of information not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information. Any participant of the competition who discovers or believes that the administrator is processing his personal data in violation of the protection of the privacy of the participant of the competition or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, may request the administrator or the processor for an explanation or to demand that the administrator or the processor remove the state thus created (blocking, correction, addition or disposal of personal data). Furthermore, the competition participant has the right to contact the controller with their legitimate requests, and if the controller does not comply with them, then to the Office for Personal Data Protection, to which the competition participant can also contact directly. The participant can withdraw this consent in writing at any time. By withdrawing their consent, the participant loses the right to win the competition.
